We offer reliable property check-in services to ensure your home is safe and secure while you’re away. Our team will visit your property at scheduled times, performing routine checks such as inspecting for any signs of damage, ensuring security systems are intact, and making sure everything is in order. Whether you’re on vacation or away for business, you can have peace of mind knowing your property is being well cared for.

SECURITY CHECK Check that alarm system is armed and operating properly. Check that all entry points such as doors, windows and patio doors are secured and locked.

INSPECT FOR WATER LEAKS Inspect each area of the house including outdoor faucets, as well as under sinks, and where water pipes run to ensure there are no leaks or signs of mildew. Run all faucets and flush toilets.

APPLIANCES & HVAC SYSTEMS Check that heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems are functioning properly, and that they are set to the right temperature for the outdoor climate. Check fridge, freezer and hot water tank to ensure they are fully functioning. Clean out fridge or freezer in the event of a power outage.

FIRE SAFETY Inspect for gas leaks. Check any electronic systems and outlets to ensure there are no fire hazards

OUTSIDE PROPERTY INSPECTION Do a walk around exterior to check that there is no noticeable damage to roofs, siding, decks or fences due to wind or extreme weather conditions.

PEST CONTROL Inspect your property inside and out for any of the unwanted guests listed below that may have moved in while you are away.

WATER PLANTS If you love your plants as much as we love ours, then you agree that making sure they are properly watered and cared for is crucial. We will water your plants according to your specifications to ensure they stay lush and vibrant.

PACKAGES & MAIL We will collect your mail and packages while you are away. If any items look urgent, we will notify you with a picture of the item. If needed we can forward the item to you.
